Now that the Dutch tax authority actively enforces against false self-employment, the question is no longer whether an engagement "looks right on paper" but how the actual working practice scores on the holistic test from the Deliveroo judgment. This tool makes that test explicit: you score each of the nine criteria, see which turn red, and see which criterion ultimately drives the outcome.
Be unambiguous about this: the outcome is a structured risk indication based on your own scores — not a legal qualification of the employment relationship and not a position taken by the Dutch tax authority or a court.
