Jurical is a platform for legal and tax calculations. You fill in a form, see the draft for free, and pay only when you want the full report. Every calculation records which version of the tool and which dated reference data it used, so the same outcome can be reproduced later.
The rates, thresholds and tables a tool calculates with are fixed per vintage: a dated version of the data. Each calculation records the tool version and vintages it used, and the report carries a SHA-256 hash over the files delivered. With that hash anyone can check on the verification page that a report is unaltered.
A report is a calculation with its reasoning, not advice. It does not replace your own adviser's judgement, and where a tool is marked indicative the report says so itself.
Jurical was built and developed by Vincent Maessen, tax advisor with broad experience at Big Four and medium-sized firms in the Netherlands and abroad, as well as a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB). In addition to general tax advisory practice, Vincent Maessen is specialized in transfer pricing and financial transactions, on which he has published in the Netherlands (WFR) and Luxembourg (ACE). The tools originate from this work. They are calculations which are done in practice, reformed to a structure in which the calculations can be reproduced and monitored with the version, the input data and the legal background.
